1. The service

BioTraze analyses medical reports you upload and produces AI-generated findings and future health projections. ClinicOS provides practice management tools for clinics. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Not medical advice

Outputs are informational only and may be incomplete or wrong. BioTraze is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions, and contact emergency services in an emergency. Clinicians remain fully responsible for their clinical judgement. 3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent or guardian.
• You may only upload reports you are entitled to share.

4. Plans and payments

Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Pay-per-use analyses are charged per analysis. Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Clinics

Clinics using ClinicOS are responsible for having a lawful basis to process their patients' data, obtaining any required consents, and managing their staff's access.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BioTraze is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses or decisions made from its outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
